Welcome to Rush Creek ~ Mosaics and Vintage.  Here you will find upcycled, shabby, primitive, mosaic folk art and pre-loved vintage treasures!

All mosaic pieces are created with "pre-loved" ingredients ~ shards of vintage & retro china, pottery, tiles, glass, crockery and found objects. This style of mosaic is called "pique assiette," an art form with charm and appeal due to repurposing discarded items and creating beauty from "throw-aways."  

My passion for antiques and vintage resulted from years of collecting ... old china, pottery and quirky treasures for  my mosaic art.
